Re-Entry Integrative Services for Employment (RISE)


Description:

RISE will provide Restorative and Intensive Case Management to justice involved youth, ages 14-25 years, services will include support with legal advocacy, workforce development, educational support and life skills training. RISE will also provide an Evening Reporting Center for court ordered (Juvenile)youth. Evening Reporting Services will be provided Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Eligibility:

Individuals with involvement in the criminal justice system, 14-17 and 18-35 years old, on active probation with the Juvenile or Adult Probation Department (JPD/APD).
