HOMEY CALLES Case Management Program


Description:

CALLES is a case management program that works directly with young adults to offer alternatives to violence, truancy, and involvement with the juvenile justice system. CALLES currently offers individual youth and family advocacy support, street based outreach, and late night diversion programming. CALLES case management will be coordinated by HOMEY case managers who have extensive experience working with the target population and the unique ability to meet their needs through mentoring, individualized services, and personal experience navigating the juvenile justice systemCALLES is a case management program that works directly with young adults to offer alternatives to violence, truancy, and involvement with the juvenile justice system.
