Description:

The Eviction Defense Collaborative is the principal organization in San Francisco helping low-income tenants to respond to eviction lawsuits. Each year we provide emergency legal services, through EDC, and rental assistance, through RADCo, to more than 5,000 tenants in San Francisco.

Legal services include counseling and legal help to tenants during the eviction process:.

Languages Spoken:

English, Spanish, Chinese, French, Russian.

What to Bring:

Proof of SFResidency.

Accessibility:

Wheelchair accessible; Other reasonable accommodations as needed.

Fees:

Certain services have sliding-scale fees. Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
