Description:

The Reentry Pod is a partnership between the San Francisco Adult Probation Department, the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department, and Five Keys School and Programs. The program is located in the San Francisco County Jail, and offers individuals evidence-based reentry and rehabilitative services in a therapeutic environment. Individuals receive case management and reentry planning. All individuals can choose from a variety of services ranging from:

• Cognitive Behavioral Interventions

• Access to residential treatment

• Support Groups

• Substance Use/Addiction

• Employment readiness

• Healthcare/Benefits Enrollment
