What to Bring:

Social Security Card; Proof of Residency; TB Clearance. Preferable, but not completely necessary at intake. Some assistance may be available to help gather these documents..

Fees:

80% of public assistance received.

Eligibility:

All Individuals and families, including adults with children, and pregnant women. Must not be convicted of sex offense or arson.
