HealthRIGHT360’s Outpatient Treatment Programs in San Francisco are designed specifically for adults with substance use disorder, as well as those who also struggle with mental illness alongside addiction. Once enrolled in a program, each client is assigned a Care Coordinator (i.e., case manager) who assists them in identifying their needs, strengths, and goals.
