In collaboration with a network of homeless services providers, HCN seeks to decrease the trauma of homelessness and domestic violence, to increase the strength and effectiveness of the HCN Collaborative, and to provide early childhood education and consultation to shelter-based child care and family child care providers. HCN provides flexible, well-coordinated and culturally competent services to homeless and formerly homeless children and their families. Eligibility:
Serves homeless individuals from birth to age 17 with mental health diagnosis that meets medical necessity, such as Adjustment Disorder, Depression, or PTSD. May not have criminal conviction for sex offense or be a registered sex offender. Current abuse cases are referred to CPS.
