Victory Outreach provides assistance to individuals whose lives have been disrupted by drugs and alcohol abuse. We are a faith based program that relies on biblical guidance, prayer, bible studies, and an atmosphere of God’s love to affect change in a person's life. Our program requires a minimum of a one year commitment.

Eligibility:
Men and women, 18 and older. May not have a criminal conviction for sex offense; may not be a registered sex offender; may not be on psychiatric medication.
